You're a worry sometimes, Ducky.

Sometimes I dare to go as far as becoming two worries.

"When the local mafia hitman comes to the door"
I resemble that remark. Why would you interfere with someone trying to make a living? By the way, using the example of a hit man to question Laird's dedication to total honesty is like Laird trying to escape the fact that an observer is required to measure the separation of things. In both cases, an impossible situation is the premise for making the argument. In the hit man case, if Laird is totally honest, how could he ever get into a situation where there would be a price on his head?

I think my philosophy of life is that I try to maximize my happiness. Luckily for me, I am a nervous type, so saving up money gives me a great deal of
happiness through peace of mind. Therefore my maximization of happiness is definitely not a "live for today" type lifestyle.

Ducky,
How many worries do I rate with this post, Dan? 4. One for each sentence save the above. Actually, may as well make it 5. |

Seems to me that the more honest the stoolpigeon is, the more likely he/she will get in trouble with the hitman. |

Laird,
Shall I take it that you advocate tolerance?Yes, definitely. I see no way of living in the long run in a community without it. The three points of your philosophy seem to indicate an approach of not getting involved in other people's business.I do prefer to mind my own business, and think the world would be a much better place if everybody else did the same. However, minding my own business does not mean that I can't try to help people who ask for my help. Un solo territorio, una sola bandera. Patria libre o morir! |

Am I inadequate if I don't have a life philosophy? I have all my own teeth though.

I don't have all my teeth but I'm still not a big fat Panamian cow! We need images, kids, because at this ersatz The Equine School we have fun with our
philosophy while we piss on whomever we please to piss upon a big pond big pond nope, just Genius Forum and whooey.
Here kids, this is an 'image'. It symbolizes a revitalized Panama no longer concerned for its anti-North American prejudices and so send us lots of money, too. |

Hmm...life philosophy and teeth. I think I'm in pretty good shape--I'm only missing one of either.
